Ideal Week & Day

The key to creating an ideal week and day is to be mindful of your time and prioritize the activities that matter most.

When mapping out a weekly and daily schedule, it’s important to make sure that it reflects what we value most in life. This could include…

💫 spending quality time with family members
💫 engaging in faith-based activities
💫 exercising and taking care of our health
💫 or working on projects that have a long-term impact

When we take the time to think about how we want to spend each day, it helps us create intentional goals and habits that can bring us closer to living our ideal life.

To make sure that your ideal week and day are achievable, be sure to leave room for self-care, rest, and enjoyment. It’s important to give ourselves permission to relax and recharge so that we can be energised for the activities that are most important to us. By finding a balance between structure and freedom in our day, we will feel more satisfied with how we spend our time and enjoy life more fully.

High Leverage Habits

Creating a high-leverage habit starts with being intentional.

There are many activities and habits that can align with who we want to become and help us become better versions of ourselves.

For example, focusing on health might mean making time to move and hydrate before consuming caffeine, as well as avoiding foods that don’t agree with our bodies. Other examples of high-leverage habits include listening to a podcast, reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book, reaching out and connecting with someone each day, and publishing something and getting visible every day.

By committing to doing more of these activities that we’re interested in, we can become better versions of ourselves. This way, we can ensure that we are taking the right steps in order to reach our goals and live a more fulfilling life.

Joy List

The key to happiness is setting mini-goals and looking forward to them!

A psychological study found that those who are the happiest have something upcoming on their joy list. It doesn’t have to be a BIG event, either. It can be a wedding for a friend or a swim meet for your kids.

Anticipation of these enjoyable is gold! Take the time to create a joy list of things you are looking forward to and watch your happiness levels soar!

Good Idea Fairy List

The good idea fairy list is a way to get everything out of your head–good, bad, or ridiculous–onto one sheet.

Once all the ideas are written down, it’s easier to make decisions about what you’re going to take action on and what’s in alignment. Writing out the list helps you break out quarterly objectives and move forward in the right direction.

Once you have the list, start by breaking down each item into smaller actionable tasks that you know you can complete. This will help you stay focused and motivated to keep working towards your goals. It will also give you an idea of how long it might take to accomplish something from start to finish.

North Star

The North Star is a crucial concept for successful decision-making.

It’s a theme or intention which serves as a guide, staying consistent despite the ever-changing external environment. This year, my North Star is *Amplify.* To amplify my message, service, and impact.

The North Star serves as an invaluable tool for setting priorities and focusing efforts appropriately. It’s important to take the time to determine your own personal North Star. Ask yourself — what is the most important theme or intention for you right now in this season?

Entrepreneurship can seem lonely and daunting, but there are plenty of support systems available to make the journey easier.

From mentors, books, podcasts, YouTube channels, family and friends to simple things like having a roof over your head and food to nourish your body – you have more support than you think!

There are lots of ways to generate revenue in sales for your business, like reaching out to someone, applying for jobs, or posting something on social media.

List the things that you’re avoiding that are closest to the sale and take action now! Be creative and don’t forget to have fun with it.

Visibility for your message can be done by sharing your heart and passion front of an existing group of people that resonates with it.

You could give a talk or presentation to these groups and show them the value of what you have to offer. You could also reach out to other audiences, such as online communities, influencers, and blogs to share your message.

You could also use social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook to promote yourself and your message. Additionally, you can make appearances at events in person to increase visibility for your message.

When creating content, it is important to identify the themes that will be used throughout.

These themes are what will define the body of work, helping to distinguish it from other works and providing direction for decision-making. When considering ideas, ask if they fit into these overarching themes or if they are a distraction from one’s North Star.

Creating a quarterly plan is an effective way to make progress in both business and life without becoming overwhelmed.

By mapping out what goals to prioritize, it allows us to focus on one area at a time and make meaningful progress. This type of planning gives us the opportunity to create substantial progress within a certain timeframe without feeling like too much work is being put in.
